  • For optimal comfort and unrestricted movement, we recommend athletic attire like gym shorts, yoga pants, and T-shirts. Avoid wearing jeans, as they may limit mobility during your sesssion at the mobility lab.

  • At the Mobility Lab, anticipate a personalized experience focused on enhancing your flexibility and movement. Our Mobility Lab provides one-on-one stretching sessions with one of our experts, where you will receive informative guidance, participate in targeted stretches, and gain insights tailored to your mobility needs. In addition to our passive stretch sessions, we offer Normatec blood flow recovery sessions. During these sessions, you have full access to our Hyperice devices, and can relax in our Hyperice recliners. We offer a variety of drinks, snacks and have a TV available to optimize your experience at the Mobility Lab.

  • We are located at 102 Autumn Hall Dr Unit #220, Wilmington, NC 28403. Our Lab is located in PT Services of Wilmington, which is located on the second floor above “Origins” and “Starbucks”.

  • Yes, please note that appointments are necessary, and can be booked through Vagaro. Be sure to schedule your visit in advance to secure your slot at the Mobility Lab.

  • Cancellation is allowed, but please be aware that cancellations that are within 3 hours of the scheduled appointment or no-shows, will incur a charge.

  • Yes! We gladly accept payments from Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) for your convenience.
